SEIDEL CLAIMS TITLES
Erik Seidel claimed yet another title to his illustrious list of titles. His journey to the top in this two-day tournament wasn't an easy one and the given the caliber of the field, it didn't seem likely that anyone could quickly build a chip lead and run away with the title. Seidel's surge began when he was one of the short stacks when action resumed on Day 2 with 17 players left. According to the World Poker Tour, when the cards hit the air, Seidel instantly made his move, doubling through Dan Shak.

Erik Seidel won a championship to his name to add to his growing reputation as a star in poker. One of the big names who was most overlooked before the event began was Full Tilt Poker Pro Erik Seidel. He really struggled the first four times he entered this event, however last year he blasted his way through the field to finish second (losing to Annie Duke in the final), but this year he managed to turn his fortunes around and take down the event for a massive $750,000 payday.

Erik Seidel continued his impressive as he won yet more money in a poker tournament. Who knew that January would be one of the most memorable months the poker industry has seen in a very long time? It all began as players headed down to the Bahamas to kick off the year at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. On Paradise Island we watched Galen Hall become a superstar in front of our eyes on ESPN2, Eugene Katchalov defeat Daniel Negreanu in the $100,000 event and Will Molson finally overcoming the second-place curse and taking down the $25,000 high roller.

Erik Seidel and Dan Harrington were spotted in Rio to take part in a poker tournament. The November Nine descended on Las Vegas for one more week of WSOP festivities. Poker Hall of Fame inductees Erik Seidel and Dan Harrington were also on hand at the Rio as the final nine took their seats at the final table.
SEIDEL ENTERS WSOPE DRAW
Erik Seidel was among the notable figures to enter the WSOPE's £1k draw. A £582,000 prize pool means 54 places will be paid with a minimum cash worth £2,252 and £133,857 reserved for first.
Among the more recognizable entrants Sunday were Mike Matusow, Freddy Deeb, Phil Laak, James Akenhead, Frank Kassela, Andy Bloch, Michael Mizrachi, Jeff Madsen, Dave Ulliot, Phil Laak, and Erik Seidel.

Erik Seidel is all set to make a good profit after the latest round of WSOP prop bets. Erik Seidel is looking very solid to cash at +400. Seidel has eight WSOP bracelets, has made 33 final tables and has cashed 60 times. Other than Phil Hellmuth with 78, nobody has cashed at the WSOP so many times. Seidel is already running hot this year with three cashes in the 2010 WSOP and a second place finish at the 2010 NBC National Heads-up Championship which he lost to Annie Duke.

Annie Duke was able to secure a victory in the National heads up Poker Championship. She is regarded by many as the best female professional poker player in the world. She was able to secure her win on a bluff. She is also considered by many to have one of the best bluffs in professional poker. She was able to barely beat out veteran player Erik Seidel for the victory in the huge tournament.
